Create and Save Your Favorite Sessions

Want to design your Favorite workouts from scratch or maybe save the ones you loved for the future? Here's how!

Autor: GoranAktualizováno

There are three ways to add workouts to your Favorites list.

Option 1

In the Library, tap the Workouts pill. Your saved sessions are listed there. To build a new one from scratch, tap “+” in the upper right corner and select Workout.

If you do not have any saved workouts yet, the Workouts pill shows No custom workouts yet with a Create workout button. You can also create one from anywhere in the Library:

  • Open the Library
  • Tap “+” in the upper right corner
  • Select Workout

Option 2

Open a workout and tap the … menu in the top right corner of the workout screen. Then tap Favorite. A Save Workout box opens: type a Name and tap Save. The name is required, so nothing is saved until you fill it in.

You can also do this after a session: turn on Save as favourite on the Save Workout screen, or open the finished workout, tap the … menu and choose Save.

If you change a saved workout during a session, Gravl asks Update template? when you save it. Tap Update template to keep the changes for next time, or Keep original.

Once saved, your workouts are available anytime in your Library.

Set your preferred workout variation

Make sure to select your preferred variation for favorite workouts.

You can do this in:

  • Train > sliders icon in the top right > Saved workout changes (under Workout Structure) or
  • Library > Workouts > the Saved workout changes card at the top. You can close this card with the X.

Variation options

More variation
The exercises and their order remain the same, but the number of sets, reps, and set types may vary based on your general workout settings.

Progressive overload
The exercises, their order, and the number of sets remain the same, but reps and weights may vary to apply progressive overload.

No changes
The workout is always generated exactly as you originally saved it.

Gravl Tip:

You can replay these sessions anytime. You can also use them when creating a custom split.
