Why modules exist
An adjustment is only as good as the week it's based on. The modules give you a fast way, right inside the check-in, to fix the things that would otherwise mislead the math — an unlogged fasting day reads as missing data, a half-logged dinner reads as a low-calorie day.
Each module is optional and individually toggleable in your check-in preferences. Prefer speed? Fast check-in hides them all and jumps straight to the numbers.
Weigh-in
If your last weigh-in is getting old, the check-in starts by asking for a fresh one — a current weight makes this week's conclusion, and next week's, meaningfully better. You can log it right there.
Fasting days
Days you intentionally didn't eat, marked as fasting, count as fully logged days of zero calories. The module lists the week's unlogged days so you can mark the deliberate ones in one pass — the difference between "no data" and "zero intake" matters a lot to the expenditure math.
Partial logging
The opposite case: days you ate normally but only logged part of it. Confirming them as incomplete excludes them from the calculations, so a forgotten dinner can't drag your weekly average down and inflate your expenditure estimate.
Logging break
If the week simply didn't get logged — vacation, illness, life — this module acknowledges it. Better an honest gap than a week of noise; your estimate holds steady and picks back up when the data returns.
