Meals you eat on repeat
Most people's breakfasts don't change much. Instead of logging the same three foods every morning, log them once, save the combination, and reuse it.
Saving
In your journal, open the menu on a meal's header and choose Save as meal. Give it a name and it's done — the foods and their exact servings are captured together. If you try to save a combination identical to one you already have, the app skips the duplicate.
Using a saved meal
Saved meals live in search under My Foods → My Meals. Tap one to preview its contents and totals, then log it directly or add it to the plate (where you can still tweak an item before confirming). With instant logging turned on, the + logs the whole meal in one tap.
Logged this way, the foods arrive grouped as one card in your journal — expandable to see or edit each item individually.
Good to know
- A saved meal captures the nutrition as it was when you saved it — it's a snapshot, stable over time.
- Editing what you logged today never changes the saved meal, and vice versa.
- To remove one, use Unsave meal from a meal header, or swipe it in My Meals.
