Exercises Menu and Statistics

Learn about the advanced exercise options and analytics.

If you are reading this article, you are already familiar with the Workout Settings where you can tweak things like rep ranges, number of sets and so on.

But what if you want a specific exercise to behave completely differently?

Let's say you always want exactly 3 sets of dumbbell incline bench presses in the 5-8 rep range. Sure thing!

Here's how you do it:

  • Tap Library
  • Find the exercise.
  • Tap the 3 dots to open the exercise menu.
  • Select Advanced.
  • Make the adjustments.

But that's not all you can find in the exercise menu! You can also:

  • Watch the Video and instructions.
  • Take a look at your notes.
  • Favorite the exercise.
  • Exclude it from your workouts.
  • Add it to your Queue.

And then there's the Analytics. Three tabs full of goodies:

  • Statistics: charts, records and progress for the exercise - yours and your friends'.
  • History: every session you've logged with this exercise.
  • Form: your AI Form Analysis scores and the form leaderboard.

Got several gym profiles? On machine exercises - cable, plate-loaded or weight stack - a gym selector appears at the top of Statistics and History, because the numbers on that one weird cable machine deserve their own history. Free weights weigh the same everywhere, so they get no selector, and neither does the Form tab.
