Customize Your Check-In

Fast check-in, and choosing which modules your weekly review runs.

Updated

Where

Program → Settings → Check-In holds the preferences for your weekly review. Two levels of control live there: a master switch, and per-module toggles.

Fast check-in

With Fast Check-In on, the review skips every optional module and jumps straight to the target summary — the week's numbers, the proposal, apply or keep. It's the two-tap version for weeks when you know your data is already clean.

While it's on, the individual module toggles are inactive (there's nothing for them to control), and the check-in leaves out the "your week" walkthrough.

The module toggles

In the standard check-in, each module can be turned off individually:

  • Weigh-in prompt — asks for a fresh weight when yours is getting old.
  • Fasting detection — finds unlogged days and asks if they were deliberate fasts.
  • Partial logging — flags suspiciously low-calorie days and asks if logging was incomplete.
  • Logging break — recognizes a week that simply wasn't tracked.

Turn off what never applies to you — if you never fast, the fasting module is pure friction — and keep what protects your data quality.

What this doesn't change

Preferences shape the ritual, not the math. The data minimums, the suggestion logic, and your final say over targets are identical with every combination — a fast check-in is the same decision with fewer stops on the way.
