Before you do it
Deletion is immediate and there's no undo — once you confirm, your Macros data is gone. If your worry is a device rather than the account, signing out already clears the phone; and if something's wrong we can help with, support reads everything.
How to delete
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. The screen shows which account you're signed into and what deletion means; confirming runs it right away.
What gets deleted
Everything that belongs to Gravl Macros:
- your food diary and meal photos;
- your custom foods, recipes, and saved meals;
- your water logs;
- your plans, check-in history, and expenditure history;
- coach summaries, achievements, and streaks;
- your Macros settings and your notification registrations on every device.
What stays — and why
Your Gravl account spans two apps, so deleting Macros doesn't erase what's shared with Gravl Workouts:
- your weight history, body measurements, and progress photos remain — they belong to your Gravl account, and Workouts keeps using them;
- foods you contributed to the catalog and that were approved stay in the catalog. Once a human review has promoted a food to the shared database, other people are using it; pulling it back out when you leave would take it out of their search results too. The approval record survives with it — it is the evidence that a person reviewed the food — and it keeps the account reference it was filed under. That reference stays valid because your Gravl sign-in is not deleted here: only your Macros data is;
- your Gravl sign-in and basic profile remain, so you can keep using Workouts, and you could sign back into Macros later (you'd start fresh, with a new plan setup).
Deleting everything
If you want your entire Gravl account gone — Macros data, shared body data, Workouts, the sign-in itself — email support@gravl.ai from your account's address and we'll take care of the full deletion.
