Past Programs
Every program you've replaced lives in Past Programs at the bottom of the Program tab — name, dates, goal, and the targets it ran with. It appears once you have at least one archived program, showing the most recent few with a Show all expander.
Reactivating an old program
Tap an archived program to reactivate it. You'll be asked to confirm, because it's a swap: the reactivated plan becomes active and your current program is archived in its place. Targets refresh sensibly on the way back in.
It's the right tool for alternating phases — a maintenance program and a cut you switch between keep their names and identities instead of being rebuilt every time.
Deleting
Swipe an archived program to delete it, with an immediate Undo if the swipe was a mistake. Deleting old programs doesn't touch your diary, weights, or history — those belong to you, not to the program.
One honest limitation: archived programs can be reactivated or deleted, but not opened read-only or edited in place — to continue an old plan with changes, reactivate it and then edit it.
Goal reached
When your current weight crosses your target (in a losing or gaining plan), the targets card shows "Goal reached!" with a suggestion to consider a new program. It's a milestone, not a mechanism: nothing changes automatically — your targets keep running as they are until you decide the next chapter, typically a new program at maintenance or toward a new goal.
