The two habits that matter
Everything in Gravl Macros runs on two behaviors: logging your food and weighing in. The habit screens in Insights track exactly those — each with a recent-days overview, a monthly calendar of hits and misses, and your current streak.
How streaks count
A day counts toward your food-logging streak when you log it on that day. Days you backfill later still show as logged in the calendar — your data is complete — but they don't extend the streak. The streak measures showing up in the moment; the diary measures the truth. Both matter, separately.
A streak survives until a day fully passes without logging, then starts over — the calendar always shows the plain truth of which days were logged.
The weigh-in habit
The same tracking exists for stepping on the scale, with its calendar and streak — and the weekly reminder on your check-in day as backup. A weigh-in habit doesn't need to be daily to be excellent; regular is the bar.
Celebrations, or not
Streak milestones and achievements come with small celebration moments. If confetti isn't your thing, both have their own toggles in the gamification settings — the tracking continues quietly either way.
