Two calendars
From the Habits cards in Insights, two screens show your consistency month by month: Food Logging and Weigh-In. Each has summary cards up top (your streak among them), a monthly calendar you can page through, and a legend explaining the colors.
They're not just displays — every day is tappable. On the food calendar, tapping a day opens its day options, so an unlogged Tuesday from last week can be marked as fasting right from the view that exposed it. On the weigh-in calendar, tapping a day opens the weight entry sheet for that date.
Reading the food calendar
The colors are judged against your goal, not a universal rule. A day reads as on target when it landed in the band that makes sense for you — while losing, that band even tolerates a moderate undershoot; while gaining, a moderate overshoot. Days drift to caution and then off target as they miss by more, in the direction that actually works against your goal — eating well under target is flagged when you're bulking, not celebrated.
Beyond the target colors: fasting days (marked intentional) and partial days (excluded from calculations) get their own states, and unlogged days stay empty. The legend on the screen spells out the exact ranges for your current goal.
Reading the weigh-in calendar
Simpler: each day is either tracked or not. There's no "good weight" color — the scale said what it said; showing up is the whole habit.
Why calendars beat numbers
A streak number tells you the present; the calendar shows the pattern — the weekends that always slip, the travel week, the strong month. Pattern-level truth is what the weekly check-in works from, and seeing it yourself is often the nudge that fixes it.
