Theme
Profile → Theme offers three options:
- System — follows your phone's appearance, switching automatically when it does. The default, and the right answer for most people.
- Light / Dark — pins the app to one look regardless of the OS.
Pick and hit save; the whole app repaints immediately — dashboard, journal, charts, everything.
Haptics
The Haptics toggle in Profile controls the app's vibration feedback: the little confirmations when you log food, hit goals, and earn rewards, plus the tactile feel of controls like the add button.
It's one switch for all of it — off means the app goes physically silent while everything else behaves identically. (Celebration animations are separate — those have their own toggles.)
