Your Gravl Account

One sign-in across Gravl Macros and Gravl Workouts — and what the two apps share.

Updated

One account, two apps

Gravl Macros and Gravl Workouts run on the same Gravl account. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email — whichever you used first, use it everywhere. A Workouts user opening Macros signs straight in; setting up Macros doesn't create a second identity.

What the apps share

Your body's data belongs to your account, not to either app:

  • Weight — a weigh-in logged in either app lands in the same history; your Macros trend and expenditure see Workouts weigh-ins, and Workouts sees yours.
  • Body measurements and progress photos — one set, visible in both.

Everything else stays app-specific: your food diary, recipes, and nutrition targets live in Macros; your training lives in Workouts.

Shared in other ways

  • The web dashboard at app.gravl.ai signs in with the same account and shows the products you use.
  • Subscriptions cross-pollinate: a Gravl Workouts subscriber's affiliate code can activate Macros Pro (see Manage Your Subscription).

One deletion caveat

Because body data belongs to the shared account, deleting your Macros account removes your Macros data but leaves weight, measurements, photos — and the sign-in itself — with Gravl. The deletion article covers exactly what goes and what stays.
