Edit Your Profile

What you can change from the Profile tab — and the setup answers that stay fixed.

Updated

The editable fields

From the Profile tab you can edit, each in its own quick sheet:

  • Name — the pencil on your account card.
  • Units — metric or imperial, applied everywhere instantly.
  • Energy unit — kcal or kJ.
  • Height — entered in whichever unit system you use.

Your account card also shows your email (tap it to copy), how you signed in, and your member-since date.

Changed elsewhere, on purpose

Two numbers people look for here live in Body Metrics instead, because they're measurements, not settings: your current weight comes from weigh-ins, and your body-fat percentage from body measurements. Log the new value there and everything that depends on it updates.

What stays fixed

A few setup answers currently have no editor: birth date, sex, daily activity level, exercise frequency, and cardio experience. They feed the baseline formulas — the initial expenditure seed and your automatic water target — and creating or editing a program doesn't re-ask them.

The honest reassurance: their influence fades by design. Your expenditure is measured from your real data rather than recomputed from those answers, so a stale activity level from months ago isn't steering your targets — your logging is. If a setup answer was genuinely wrong and it bothers you, support can help.
