The short answer
Your body data is shared; your food is not. Gravl Macros and Gravl Workouts run on one Gravl account, and your weight history, body measurements, and progress photos belong to that account — both apps read and write the same records.
Your food diary, meal photos, recipes, custom foods, and nutrition targets stay in Macros. Workouts never sees what you ate; Macros never sees your training sessions.
Why it's built this way
Your weight is a fact about you, not about either app — and both need it: Macros for trend and expenditure, Workouts for its own tracking. Splitting it into two histories would mean weighing in twice and watching the copies disagree.
Sharing beyond Gravl
Nothing is shared with anyone else. There's no third-party analytics and no ads; health-platform syncing happens only if you turn it on. The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
