Meals on a schedule
Some things you have almost every day: the same breakfast, a post-workout shake, a morning vitamin. A routine remembers them and brings them back on the days you pick, so logging them is a single tap.
Creating a routine
In your journal, select the foods you want to repeat — tap each entry, or tap a meal's hour to select all of it — and choose Make routine. Give it a name, pick the days, and set the time it should be logged at.
The routine keeps the foods and servings exactly as you selected them. If you make it from something you already ate today, today counts as done and the routine starts from its next day.
Today's routines
On its days, the routine appears under Today's routines, above your meals. It's shown dimmed and doesn't count toward your totals until you log it.
- Log adds its foods to the journal at the routine's time, grouped as one card.
- Skip hides it for today.
- Both show an Undo right after, in case you tapped the wrong one.
Routines only appear on today's journal — past days stay exactly as you logged them.
Managing your routines
All your routines live in Profile → Routines, with their days, time, and calories. Tap one to change its name, days, or time, to pause it for a while, or to delete it. Deleting a routine never removes what you already logged with it.
To change the foods inside a routine, create a new one from your journal.
Good to know
- A routine is a snapshot, like a saved meal: editing what you logged later doesn't change the routine.
- Routines are handy for supplements and vitamins you take every day.
