The Plan section
The Program tab's Plan section lists every part of your program with its current value. Tap a row to change it in its own small sheet — no wizard, no new program, effective immediately.
You see the rows your plan mode uses:
- Coached: Program Name, Target weight, Weekly Pace, Diet style, Training type, Day Distribution, Protein and Calorie floor.
- Collaborative: Program Name, Target weight, Weekly Pace, Training type, Day Distribution, Protein and Carbs and fat.
- Manual: Program Name, Target weight and Calories and macros.
Weekly Pace appears for losing and gaining plans.
Changes that recalculate your targets
Weekly Pace, Diet style, Training type, Protein, Carbs and fat and Calorie floor all feed the calculation, so saving one rebuilds your daily calories and macros on the spot, the same way editing the whole program does. The new targets are worked out at your current weight and from the expenditure your weekly check-in works from, so adjusting one preference keeps what your check-ins have learned about you.
In Manual, Calories and macros become exactly what you type.
If a diet break is running, your targets stay at maintenance until you resume the cut; the change is saved and applies from then on.
Changes that keep your targets
- Target weight sets the weight you're heading toward; leave the field blank to clear it. It changes what progress is measured against and what goal reached means, not today's calories.
- Day Distribution reshapes your week while keeping the same weekly total: in Coached you choose Even Split or Calorie Shifting with your high calorie days, and in Collaborative you set each day in the same editor the wizard uses.
- Program Name is the name you'll see on your targets card and in Past Programs.
The Settings section
Your check-in day, your check-in preferences and the diet break toggle live in the Settings section, right below Plan — each covered in its own article.
When to use the wizard
Your goal (Lose Weight, Maintain Weight or Gain Weight) and your plan mode decide which settings apply, so you change them with Edit program. See Edit your program or create a new one.
